The largest conventional bookseller in the U.S. reports USD 1,88 billion revenues and a decent USD 2,2 million net income for the last quarter (second quarter of B&N´s fiscal year). The Nook division contributed USD 160 million of revenues (an increase of 6 percent only – due to the increased competition of Amazon´s Kindle, Apple´s iPad Mini and Google´s Nexus tablet).
